Our 2020 Accomplishments
2020 has not been an easy year. However, in spite of all the difficulties raised by an uncertain global panorama, topped by the fact we had to reinvent ourselves and embrace a new way of working, 2020 was full of great experiences, and also great accomplishments.
Here we share some of those:
Oral-B Procter & Gamble
P&G found in Social Snack a key Design Partner to position Oral-B’s brand in the Mexican market through different digital formats, which strengthened their media strategy, reaching different types of audience in specific scenarios of their digital journey.
Sersana Home - Método Integral de Ejercicio
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, Sersana had to reinvent their sales strategy. Alongside them, we implemented an on-demand video platform to provide users with a unique digital experience in each of their classes.
Xtra Supermarkets - The Xtra Mile
In March 2020, during the harshest stage of the pandemic, we created a concept to show our appreciation to those who were working at the frontlines. This is how we created "The Xtra Mile", an experience which was launched in record time, where users could share messages showing their support to the frontline workers, which later on was sent to different medical centers in Panama together with a warm meal donated by Xtra Supermarkets.
Tribunal Electoral / Campaign "Tribunal Contigo"
Due to COVID-19, Panama's Election Board saw the need to speed up its digital transformation process. This resulted in a new platform named tribunalcontigo.com, a website where all digital services offered by the Board are centralized, making civilian registry procedures faster and easier while also reducing people’s traffic inside the Board's offices.
Hyundai & Petroautos - Online Quotation Platform
We transformed the user’s digital experience by creating a new and more complete vehicle quotation system for Hyundai Panama. Besides providing detailed information like price, specifications, financing calculator, approximately monthly lease payment, automatic quotation and direct line to the sales team this platform has become a key tool for the sales team, as they can share with the customers much more information without the need of a showroom visit.
Huawei - Team Huawei at Home
Due to the pandemic, we created the concept and visual identity of "Team Huawei at Home", which became a content line that boosted the usage of Huawei’s digital tool portfolio to optimize your life from home. Under the same concept we also created a strategy that connected Central America opinion leaders with the audience through live streaming, discussing subjects of common interest to the brand fans.
Our understanding of Augmented Reality keeps growing with new customers, new experiences and new markets. We have caused an impact in brands like Amazon Prime, Armani, Samsung, Wabi, PonyPix, Soriana and Panini among others. To top it all off, our work on Snapchat for Ponds Mexico was selected as runner up in the Best Digital Use category at the Festival of Media Latam.
